Description

I wanted to do this screenshot comic since Psycho looked so adorable in the frisking scene in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit".

In the comic, Psycho gets upset when Kai announces Elsa's message about no more business with "Weasel Town". Now he thinks that Elsa won't give him and his weasel companions free snowball fights in the summer. Poor him :( (Sad)
